The website presents itself as a UK based company however the items I received were shipped from outside the UK and are of sub standard quality. The returns policy is vague and at time of purchase I do not recall being informed that any returns would need to go back to Asia. The coat I ordered is listed three times on the website under three different names however from the advertised pictures it's appears to be the same item. Avoid at all costs
