Dress arrived and I didn’t even bother trying it on as I could see my hand straight through the material as I picked it up. Asked how to return as no information only to be told to return it to some sweatshop in china at my own expense! This will cost £16 and the dress was only £35! Absolutely shameful way to run a business, and I would guess they won’t be for much longer.

I ordered what was described as a wool nordic jumper, what arrived qas almost laughable. A nylon garment with a hideous print around the neck. Totally false description, not a British company Do not order anything from here

Total fraud

Total fraud. Purchased a tote bag described as leather but is nothing like the picture and is 100% cheap crappy PVC. Total misrepresentation on the website and on the Facebook advertising. Total waste of money. Furious that I’ve been duped. Returns are to Asia at my expense so not doing that. Do not buy from this appalling excuse for a company.

Deceiving advertising

I was not going to give one star but the system force you.Ordered dress on 9th January but received 24th January. The skirt section is super amateurish and poorly made. Nothing like the advertised item that is deceiving. Paying to send back to China is expensive. I don't normally complain but this is definitely sub standard and amateurish. Ariana

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrendous cheap crap quality. I’m glad I bought through PAYPAL as soon as I contacted them I got refunded asap so they must be well known. Stay well away cheap Chinese crap as photos are all fake

Poor quality item

Poor quality item - jacket ill fitting and material poor. Misleading advertising - customer led to believe these are British goods sourced from UK but are actually shipped in from Asia. Awaiting response from company regarding where to send item for refund.Customer has to await address to return items to and is required to pay shipping fees for returning them!Would not recommend.
