I would give zero rating if it was possible. Ordered leather tote bag but received a horrendous cheap looking bag that looked nothing like the picture on the website. Contacted customer support for a refund and told I would have to return the bag to Zhejiang in China at my expense. So much for the effortless 30 day money back guarantee.
