The team is made up of wonderful individuals, but there seems to be a lack of coordination. As a customer, I prefer having a single point of contact rather than being transferred between departments. This creates an impression of inefficiency and can be quite frustrating. Additionally, please ensure the correct replacement parts are ordered. I brought in my vehicle for a new air conditioner, but the incorrect part was ordered, leading to another appointment. I'm also still waiting for a light replacement, pending authorization from overseas. Overall, I would certainly consider using the service again, but there is significant potential for improvement.
