The team is made up of wonderful individuals, but there seems to be a lack of coordination. As a customer, I prefer having a single point of contact rather than being transferred between departments. This creates an impression of inefficiency and can be quite frustrating. Additionally, please ensure the correct replacement parts are ordered. I brought in my vehicle for a new air conditioner, but the incorrect part was ordered, leading to another appointment. I'm also still waiting for a light replacement, pending authorization from overseas. Overall, I would certainly consider using the service again, but there is significant potential for improvement.
I invested a significant amount in my motorhome from the company, and I'm happy to say that six months later, I have no regrets. Thanks to the warranty included in the price, the support team has provided exceptional courtesy and patience.
We initially planned just to browse since we already own a campervan, but after looking around, we found a motorhome we really liked, especially with ample space for our two dogs. We appreciate that the shower is separate from the toilet, and we also like the style and layout. We met with a representative who was very accommodating, and after some consideration, we decided to proceed. The representative ensured we understood everything during the paperwork process and facilitated our part exchange. We recently received our new motorhome, which we love, and though it's currently in storage, we eagerly anticipate our first night in it and many more adventures ahead.

Upon return, it still lost pressure, and it has now been back multiple times. We end up pumping it every few weeks. They claim they can't source the parts. I faced a warranty issue that required returning to the factory. I emailed the support team about the problem but never received a reply. After three months, I called but the issue was still not addressed. It feels like the company is only interested in taking money and not in customer satisfaction. I won’t be spending any more money with them.
