Unpleasant Dining Experience

I stayed at a hotel in Durham, and while check-in and room quality were fine, dinner was disappointing. I waited 30 minutes for my order to be taken. The soup was bland, and the main course was late and cold when it finally arrived. I spoke to the manager, who ordered a fresh meal, but while the plates were hot, the food was still cold. I was seated at table five. Overall, the service was lacking, and I might consider a different place next time.
