Dinner Experience Lacked

My stay at the hotel was satisfactory for check-in and room quality. However, dinner was disappointing. After a long wait for our order, the soup was bland, and the main course was cold when it finally arrived. I spoke to the manager, who promised fresh food, but while the plates were hot, the food was still cold. I was at table five. Overall, the service left much to be desired; I may look for other options next time.
