Poor customer service and dated.

Room was dated. Furniture chipped. Electrics not working. Had to go to breakfast with wet hair as no working sockets to use hairdryer. Staff suggested it was my fault. Turned out to be their faulty kettle. No apology. Customer service is appauling. Avoid Leicester Marriott
