The rewards customer service is incredibly disappointing. They made an error with my points, taking away 35,000 without any attempt to rectify the situation, even though it was an easy fix. As a Gold Elite member, I'm eager to switch to a different hotel chain and leave this service behind. It's clear they have numerous negative reviews and seem uninterested in improving their customer service.
