They are the absolute worst. It is as if they took people off the street with no training to run a hotel and rewards and customer service. This is just one example:stayed at a spring hill suites 2 weeks ago, thought instead of waiting in line at the hotel to check out and get receipt, I'd just log in and download it. 2 weeks later, still can't download receipt, not there. They say there are some properties that don't have "online capability" so on hold and talking with them for over 20 minutes, just to get a stinking receipt. Then she accidentally disconnects me. Think she'll call back since she has my phone number? Nope. Call back, another 20 minutes. they have to submit a ticket which will take up to 4 days to have someone address it JUST TO GET A FREAKING COPY OF MY BILL!!! So now I'm calling the hotel directly hoping they can help. But the line just rings and rings and rings, no answer. Called 3 times now. This is truly just typical of every time I have to do anything with Marriott. Their app is awful, customer service folks are nice but incapable. Going back to Hilton. Done with this nonsense.
