She sat in the back and explained every single feature and honestly, it was so helpful and just a warm experience. I don't think people realise how unnerving it can be to get into a brand new car and be expected to just know exactly where everything is, especially with how (somewhat unnecessarily) technologically advanced cars are becoming these days, and even more so when it's the older generation picking up a new car that they will depend on.
