Our car was booked in for MOT and an oil leak was discovered (while under warranty), rebooked for work to be completed 6 weeks later. Took 9 working days ( 2 weekends included)for it to be completed. Service was dire...no communication, chased constantly and excuse after excuse. When we collected it one of the issues we raised was still not repaired. We waited another 90 minutes in the showroom while the service manager ran around like a head less chicken trying to sort problem out, avoiding us until he had to face us.
Would we chose Marshalls again to purchase an expensive motor...absolutely NOT....0 out of 10.
