Ordered a bunch of items online. 11 were missing and 31 were damaged. Oh...and the person who packed the box did not put in the packing slip. Trying to work with any rep online is a nightmare. Their online communications are one of the worst experiences. You send all the pictures and whatever else they asked for and they refund you a few items. Then you have to create another ticket b/c you can't reply to the one they sent and go back and ask them about the other items and they refund you a few more. Then you create another ticket and they said we already refunded you twice and then they are done with you. No more communications from them. Decided to take the damaged items to the store and since I don't have the packing slip they will not refund you. The shipping receipt that you get in your email that has a barcode "For Store Use" doesn't work at the store. I asked her what is the purpose of the barcode if she can't use it. She doesn't know and does not care.
