This past holiday season, a large portion of the inventory appeared to be of very low quality—it resembled items from a thrift store. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in the purchasing team or if the fashion market is struggling, but these stores used to offer great selections. Unfortunately, now there’s nothing appealing to purchase.
I'm very appreciative of the trustworthy and speedy delivery service. It’s crucial that packages arrive at the correct address, as receiving them at the wrong location could lead to issues. Thank you once more; I will certainly shop here again. Wishing good health and safety to everyone involved in the process.
There is a significant concern regarding the way management interacts with staff. The store needs to address these issues and the reasons behind them. Despite being in a managerial role for years, there seems to be no real advancement. Time management is neglected, and it feels like everyone is just coasting by. While one manager shows integrity, the other creates a toxic environment, leading to a demand for respect that is not reciprocated. I’m seeking further assistance regarding this situation and questioning why this person remains employed.
I made two online purchases: 1. Attempted to return two coats, but the local store didn’t recognize the purchase, causing significant frustration. 2. My order was delivered to the wrong address! This experience has led me to decide against shopping online here in the future.
I am quite dissatisfied with the bag policy and the customer experience associated with it. During a recent visit, I brought my reusable bags, but the cashier refused to bag my items unless I purchased a store bag. This policy seems counterproductive to environmental goals and feels more like a way to generate revenue. After years of shopping here, this experience has left me questioning the company’s commitment to customer service and sustainability.
This holiday season (2025), the majority of the inventory appeared to be of very low quality—it felt like browsing through a thrift store. I'm not sure if there's been a change in their procurement team or if the fashion market is just deteriorating, but these stores used to be fantastic. Now? There's nothing appealing left to purchase.
You can find nearly everything you need here, with a wide array of styles, sizes, and fantastic prices. It’s a great place for all occasions, from summer to back-to-school items, all under one roof. I make purchases here almost every month.
I ordered shoes online, but they arrived defective—much smaller than expected. When I tried to return them, I was only offered a refund for the item price, not the shipping fees, and was even charged for return shipping. This policy is unfair and disappointing. I’ve canceled my card and will not be shopping here again.
This store used to be excellent many years ago, but it has gradually deteriorated, especially in the last couple of years. Now, I find nothing appealing enough to touch. The current selection resembles that of a discount store. Has there been a change in management or policy?
