1) there is charges on Mailing back the return which was not stated at time of purchase/order time.2) in-store return takes forever - staff needs to manually mark items, match return items to receipt, check each item. 3) the return amount does not go back to the original payment of PayPal which was not stated at purchase/order time.The entire experience is so negative that I WILL NEVER order online from Marshall’s anymore.
