The cashier at the Marshalls store in Irvine does not know how to talk nicely. I had a very bad experience when I was returning a shirt with all the tags and the receipt. The shirt was too small for my son. It was a little bit dusty and wrinkled because I left it in the bag for 2 weeks, since I did not have the time to return it earlier. The cashier had to ask the manager to make such a simple return! She was not polite and did not apologize when I complained. I will tell all my friends about that bad experience.
