So i paid 4 fines off to the agent who was sound tbh but now there is another one thats turned up that should have been paid at same time. Phoned them and the guy was taking no responsibility just kept saying 'its out of my hands', it was semt to an address that i dont live at anymore and they knew this when i made the payments. Literally have total monkeys working for them, thieving scamming horrible b*******
