Absolutely disgusting company I have…

Absolutely disgusting company I have ever dealt with, set up a payment plan of a £100 a month, and they sent me a letter out saying I defaulted when called and disputed it as I have my bank statements as proof said to me it was a system error as they had new systems in place and told me I didn’t default and reset up a plan. I fell onto hard times called them up to change the plan to £70 a month and they then proceeded to keep trying to take out £100 a month, which caused the payments to bounce. Sent me out another threatening letter when it was their mistake and them defaulting the plan not myself. Called to dispute and had a customer rep hang up on me because I asked for a different date to clear the outstanding balance. I have made a formal complaint to their enquiries team and I’ve had a an email to say they are looking into it and haven’t heard anything back. Bunch of liars and bullies....
