2023 August job. Not paid as of 2024/02/13. They do not let to use their so called "Convert to Cash" function - no idea why. They do not reply any of our mails. They do not respond to the Chat. This was a several thousands dollars job. And they do not pay, they do not respond. And we worked for them for years.*** Paid as of 27/02/2024

The website requests my ID all of the sudden when I want to withdraw my balance via Paypal. I am a translator and I have been working on it for years and there is no notice of such requirement until Sep 2023.When I contact them, they simply just tell me that "This is requirement to all linguist, and not only to paypal, but all payment method (once the Accumulated withdrawal amount above 500 USD, the photo is required, thanks. )"This is a platform for translation service, why do they need our ID? Are they even allowed to do so?I told them I want to close my account / profile and withdraw all my money, but they won't let me take my balance.
