Laser tag game arrived minus the laser tag gun which is the main component, but surprise surprise because its a customer return they won't refund or replace. still some good deals to be had but not the best
Iv been using jobalots for a number of years now, iv just been reading some of their reviews and shocked by some of the negative ones, they must have been left by people who are not used to buying from large auction houses like these, specialising in customer returns. Iv ordered from many different ones a jobalots is by far the best. Of course some items are going to be broken or missing parts, if everything was in perfect condition then we wouldn't be paying these rock bottom prices. I'd say out of the hundreds of different orders over made, iv had 80% in new or excellent condition. 20% is broken, needs fixing or rubbish but the profit to be made from the 80% far makes up for what goes in the bin. You have to remember when bidding to only pay what your willing to gamble if its broken. The postage is extremely reasonable and so easy to cost in while your bidding as you know the weight at all times of your basket and are charged for 2kg then 10kg then it goes up in 10kgs so you can keep filling your basket if you have weight left at no extra postage charge. Delivery can take a while but it's always been well packaged. The very odd occasion iv had an item missing but iv also had a few extra bits over the years. I couldn't recommend them enough but you need to understand what a customer returns action is and bid according
If you want to burn money then go ahead and buy broken goods from this bidding site, I don't mind buying for things that can be fixed, but draw the line at electrical stuff or major parts missing that make the whole thing useless, I'm just hoping the baby stuff I purchased for my great grandchild to come, is safe for the baby, you try and repair an electric carving knife that has a broken charging port and told from the bidding site that that's what they sell, basically tough luck, pity it's not in their advertisement, if your on a budget I suggest burn the cash to heat yourself, health and safety comes to the fore front, suggest to stay 💯 miles clear from this site
You seem to respond here faster and more effectively than by email, so I’m writing to you here. By email, I have only received automated replies.
I started using the service only a few weeks ago, so I’m still not familiar with all of its procedures. I placed my first order, which included several items. At the end of the day, I paid for all the auctions I had won, but the next day I received a notification saying the order was unpaid, along with some kind of warning. Apparently, the last auction I won had not been included in the payment, and I was never given an opportunity to pay for it.
After that, I decided to be more careful and make sure that all the auctions I had won were included in the order before making a payment. With the following orders, I checked that the last auction I had won was visible in the order before paying, but the same thing happened again.
This time, my account was suspended for 7 days while I still had active auctions. I contacted customer service and asked for a quick response because I had ongoing orders, but I did not receive a reply, and my suspension was extended by another 7 days.
Today, I only received an automated message from customer service. They have not made any effort to investigate this issue in any way. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service.

Thanks to a previous review, I've realized I've fallen victim to this scheme and I’m determined to take action. I initially refused to pay for the pallet due to their claim of free delivery, yet they charged me automatically and shipped it anyway, threatening extra fees and negative impacts on my account (SPOILER: I’M CANCELLING IT ANYWAY). Fellow customers, remember we hold the power; if we stop purchasing this junk, they will stop selling it. I conducted an experiment and bought four pallets of customer returns, and each one was more disappointing than the last. If you decide to buy customer returns, be prepared for losses and arrange for disposal in advance.
Be wary of misleading free shipping offers. Their terms state free shipping for orders over 10kg during specific dates, but the word 'inclusive' seems to mean 'not including the end date.' You will incur shipping charges on the last day, and despite numerous attempts to resolve this, they insist the promotion ended a day earlier. UPDATE: After a week and multiple emails, they finally agreed to refund my shipping charges for the last day.
