Terrible. I would have given them 0 star if I could. After 3months of emailing I haven't recieved my refund yet, and the amount I am being reimbursed for the flight doesn't seem correct to me, but nobody cares to respond clearly.They are cheaper because the tickets have so many limitations and their customer service is very poor.
