What we experienced was nothing short of a bait-and-switch scam.We selected 2 tickets advertised at $888. Seemed reasonable, so we proceeded to payment. Once the transaction went through, we were charged $2,380.30 – nearly THREE TIMES the advertised price. Absolutely outrageous.We immediately called to cancel and request a refund, as the tickets were listed as "refundable." What happened next? They hit us with a €50 cancellation fee. On a booking we tried to cancel within minutes, because THEY misrepresented the price.This company deliberately advertises low prices to lure customers in, then charges dramatically more once they have your payment details. The "refundable" label is meaningless – they'll find a way to keep your money regardless.This is predatory, deceptive, and frankly disgraceful. We will be disputing the charge with our bank and reporting this to consumer protection authorities. I only wish I had read reviews before booking.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
