Got tickets purchased in January for a private journey. Those needed to be adjusted as a business event came in between. No problems against fee.Later I got an accident abroad. The flight back needed to be postponed for 2 weeks. No problems against fee.Finally, as I got injured heavily I needed an upgrade from Economy to Business. Again, no problems against (really fair) fee. Mr. Mark took really good care of my needs - thanks again!!! :)PS: I communicate with MartiGo via WhatsApp which is super fast and convenient.
