Like many others, got an error message after booking. Then a silent call, then a whatsapp message telling about the error and a refund. I asked for a refund and got a refund confirmation a few minutes later. I needed to book new flights elsewhere but could not do that, because they took several days to process the refund and meanwhile my credit card had not enough balance. What a farce and a hugely stressful experience. Makes you wonder what their business model is! To reserve thousands on peoples’ credit cards?
