[Edit : I finally got my money back, the process was so long thoug]In April 2025, I booked a flight with Ajet from Almaty to Paris through Martigo, scheduled for 29 April. The flight was cancelled in January, and although Ajet notified Martigo, I was never informed by them directly. I only learned of the cancellation through Ajet. After weeks of emails and WhatsApp messages, Martigo offered a new itinerary, which I confirmed multiple times. On 16 April, I received what appeared to be a final ticket. On 29 April, I arrived at the airport at 5:00 a.m., only to discover that the flight no longer existed. Airport staff confirmed it had been cancelled long ago.I tried to contact Martigo dozens of times between 5:00 and 9:30 a.m. by email, WhatsApp, and phone. No one answered. Calls were either blocked, redirected, or ended with empty promises of a call-back. No help was provided, and I was left stranded with no viable options.I was finally forced to buy a last-minute ticket to London for 493,433 KZT (over €1000) — the only available same-day flight. Since then, Martigo has completely ignored my reimbursement request, despite their clear failure to communicate or assist. This was not just poor service — it was complete abandonment. I strongly advise others to avoid this platform. They may be cheaper at first glance, but when problems arise, you are on your own.
