First, when I had problems with my credit card from my country, the payment was processed but the flight ticket didn't arrive. When I called, they kindly sent me a form with which I could cancel the payment at the bank. Later, when I made the purchase, I thought the ticket hadn't arrived, and when I called customer service, they told me that code was sufficient. But then I insisted I wanted another one, and they gave me another one so I could confirm it with the airline. I always received prompt customer service.
