I tried to add a checked bag during the booking process, but the martiGO website didn’t allow me to complete the payment. Later, their support team told me I could only add one 23kg bag for €294 — almost the price of another ticket on my €500 flight!This is completely unreasonable and feels like a hidden fee. If the system doesn’t let customers buy baggage during booking, we shouldn’t be penalized afterwards with such an outrageous cost.Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t book with martiGO again.
