MartiGO called us at 2:00 AM regarding a booking issue. While the call was legitimate and related to an actual travel booking, calling customers at 2 AM is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.Regardless of system glitches or booking problems, there is no justification for contacting customers in the middle of the night. This caused significant alarm and stress, as receiving calls at such hours typically indicates emergencies or scam attempts.MartiGO needs to implement proper boundaries for customer service hours and respect that customers have reasonable expectations about when they can be contacted. A travel booking issue can wait until normal business hours.
