I booked a flight from Tokyo to San Francisco with a layover in Honolulu. I received an email from the airline notifying me that my flight was cancelled and advised me to contact them for rebooking. Upon reaching the airline, they confirmed the cancellation but stated that I needed to go through the travel agency to rebook. When I called the agency, they insisted the flight wasn't cancelled. After much debate, the representative said she would verify with the airline, then abruptly hung up. I never heard from her again. I spent hours trying to contact another representative at the agency, but was unsuccessful. Long hold times often resulted in disconnections, and many calls were dropped immediately. Eventually, I emailed for help and received a response that reiterated the flight was not cancelled. I called the airline again, and they confirmed it was indeed cancelled. I had to buy another ticket with a different airline to return home. After 10 hours of attempts, I still couldn't reach the agency. This has been a terrible experience, and I advise everyone to avoid this travel agency.
