You should read this before you buy something from this company.I bought a Sun Express flight ticket from this company, which caused me huge remorse. 5 minutes after my purchase, I noticed that there was no luggage included in my package which was always included with Sun Express previously, so basically I had just overlooked it when I was purchasing.I immediately called their call centre to make a change, but no one answered, so I reached out to their WhatsApp chat on their website and asked to change my ticket or upgrade my package. Shockingly I was told that they were not able to change the ticket and if I wanted to add 20KG baggage I had to pay 50 Euros per flight where the difference between the packages ( which have 30KG luggage) is £9.96 on their very website!Then I asked them to cancel my ticket so that I could buy it again and this time they wanted to charge me £45 deduction for the ticket that was bought 30 minutes ago!!That is literally taking advantage of customers` mistakes and horrible customer service. (Update: I was called by this company on 5th DEC. I couldn`t answer as I was in a meeting. I called them back, they got my information and was told they would call me shortly. Since then nobody has given me a call)
