I booked a flight from Tokyo to San Francisco with a stop in Honolulu. I received an email from the airline about the cancellation and was instructed to reach out for rebooking. When I contacted the airline, they confirmed the cancellation but said I needed to go through the travel agency. The agency insisted the flight was still active. After much back and forth, the representative said she would check with the airline and then hung up. I never heard back. I spent hours trying to reach someone else at the agency, but I couldn't get through. Long hold times often ended in disconnections, and many calls were dropped immediately. I eventually emailed for help and received a response claiming the flight wasn't cancelled. I called the airline again, and they confirmed it was cancelled. I ended up purchasing another ticket with another airline to return home. After 10 hours of trying, I still couldn't reach the agency. This has been an awful experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding this travel agency.
