However, be warned that there is a lengthy verification process that took about a month. I thought claiming a voucher was the only issue, but then I tried to take more surveys and couldn't log in due to "suspicious activity or a dormant account." I've been with you for a month! I contacted the support team, but they take 4–6 days to respond, if they respond at all. So if you're considering signing up, DON'T. There are much better survey apps available. Stay away from this one!
