However, I soon encountered issues. After claiming a voucher, I couldn't log in to complete more surveys due to claims of "suspicious activity" on my account. I've been a user for a month! I reached out to the support team, but their responses took days, if they responded at all. If you're considering signing up, think twice. There are far better survey apps available. Stay away from this one!

I agree with many others. I was lucky to receive a £10 PayPal voucher as my first reward, but I had to chase it because my account was always being “reviewed.” Now, as I approach my second payout, there are either no surveys available or I can't log in at all. I just keep getting sent back to the login screen. I won't waste my time anymore; this has been nothing but a hassle.
SCAM - Stay away! You will complete surveys but won't be able to redeem rewards because they claim your account needs verification. Mine has been unverified for three weeks, and customer service does not respond. I suspect this is a scam to have users complete surveys for which they get paid, but they won't pay the survey takers in return.
Signed up and spent a lot of time answering surveys accurately. Many were rejected or redirected, making it a waste of time. I was close to my first payout when I received a permanent ban without reason. Avoid these timewasters; they profit from your goodwill.
I logged in today to see that 75 points were deducted without explanation. After completing a significant portion of a survey, it was terminated with a message saying I wasn't a good fit. I decided to cut my losses and unsubscribed, only to receive a message saying my account was frozen due to illegal activity. NO, I quit due to your illegal activity. This company lacks honesty and transparency.
