I placed my order three weeks ago, and it's still showing as 'processing.' There's no way to contact the company by phone, and my multiple emails have gone unanswered. They took my money, but I have no product. I'm very disappointed. I wish I had done some research beforehand, as this seems like a common issue. I feel like I've lost $200 and would not recommend this website.
