I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Mary Kay consultant. Not only was she unprofessional, but she also blatantly compromised my personal information in a fraudulent manner. I trusted her with my details, and she completely violated that trust. This is not just about bad customer service—this is unethical and unacceptable behavior.BONITA WHEELER MaryKay Consultant for the Columbia and Spartanburg South Carolina area Compromised my information I provided her. If you value your privacy and integrity, I strongly advise staying far away. No business should operate this way, and no consultant should be so careless (or intentional) with sensitive information. I’m beyond disappointed and will be reporting this issue to the appropriate authorities. I gave her my phone number and she also has my address and name which she provided to individuals that were seeking someone I have never met. This is bad business in these times as a consumer we have to take to social media and other platform to express these type of matter. I was considering becoming a consultant being that I already own my own drop shipping business, but after the conduct displayed I will take to as many platforms as possible to get this information out to show this agent compromised MaryKay business. I have a strong social media following which I can prove on one site is more than 7k followers. My voice will be heard until action is taking. I will continue to repost and share, and tonight at 7pm EST I will be going live.
As a bride-to-be, I attended a wedding expo and was excited when I won a raffle for a skin care analysis. However, my experience was far from what I expected. The consultant, who never mentioned she was a Mary Kay skin specialist, started talking about various skin care brands. When she brought up Mary Kay, I mentioned that I wasn’t a fan of the brand since I had used their products before and didn’t have a good experience. She dismissed my concerns and told me she would send me other products. To my surprise, she ended up sending me a set of Mary Kay products, despite me clearly stating I wasn’t interested. I felt incredibly misleading, and the consultation was rushed. I feel like I was tricked into paying for products I didn’t want or ask for, and I was misled about what I was actually signing up for.If you're looking for a genuine, honest skin care consultation, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be recommending this service to anyone.
I ordered a product online , since my Avon product was back order . I needed something quick . The eye quick de puffer gave me a terrible rash . Next day I contacted the MK Consultant, which was chosen by my zip code online . It was 10 days ordeal w her trying to return this product . Her communication skills were terrible and disrespectful . I was fed up ( I was an Avon representative) I never treated my customers w lack of respect and prompt replies . I called MK customer service to do a return . I stayed on the phone for unnecessary 20 minutes to listen The damn message of the founder . Until I got a customer service rep. I was already so frustrated w this company . They wanted me to paid for my return shipping label etc . Since the beauty consultant had a lot is excuses . She was willing to come to my home for a beauty consultation scam .? But I declined since I wore MK for 20 years prior . But she complained about how far she live from my home to return the product online. I decided to donated the item to my friend . Never again will buy anything from this company . Ladies , stick to Avon , they had developed the best skin care technology today !!
I’ve been using Mary Kay’s time wise cleanser and moisturizer for normal to dry skin for 16 years and it worked miracles for my skin. Since they’ve changed the formula the products suck. My skin is dry and irritable now. They’ve lost me as a customer. They should have left well enough alone.
This company is a pyramid scheme and people should be careful, the only people that so called get rich in Mary Kay tend to be the people at the top, their recruits don’t, this company is a rip off and a terrible company to be part of, people should be careful, it’s better to do a menial job in this country than to be part of Mary Kay, they are frauds, total frauds and the person that introduced me to this company is a woman called Evelyn Mostopher who owns a salon called Evelyn Beauty Parlour in Oxford, she took advantage of me when I was vulnerable ie unemployed and looking for a job, thank GOD I quit before I lost a huge amount of money from this fraudulent company, I am shocked they are still fooling people!!!!
I’ve used Mary Kay eye makeup remover for decades. MK changed the formula and I had major reaction costing me significant dollars to get under control. I now require costly long term eye meds My consultant was very helpful and concerned. However I wrote MK claims months ago with no response or acknowledgment of my letter. My attorney said there is a two year window for further legal action. I use other MK products and will discontinue any MK products in future if the company fails to respond to my letter.
