I ordered the Le mini macaron placed and payed on 12-09-25 and My previous attempts to obtain tracking information and an estimated delivery date were ignored, and my core issue was dismissed with a simple redirection to this email address.The product has **not been delivered** yet (29-09-2025)
My nails are very fragile and dry by the nature, and l can’t use gel at all and if l stay with natural nails for 2 days they get split and break. l tried multiple brands and products, rarely something worked and it always took long time,I ordered products for after reading nice reviews, and l can’t use say they are really the best what l tried till now.Products that l use are raspberry oil, jelly serum, ridge filler, plant based nail fortifier, top coat and nail polish remover. Since l start to use them my nails are beautiful long and they don’t break. I’m very happy with the results and l will only order products from Le Mini Macaron. I already give some of the products as presents to my besties and also recommended them to my colleagues. 😊
The service is quite good; I have had no problems so far after several purchases. Given the variety they provide and their shipping policies, I find it better to buy from them even when I'm from another EU country. They seem to take some time to send the package when there are big events, but besides that, it's all good.On the other hand, I'm very satisfied with the products. They offer better quality than competitors at the same price and meet their longevity, opacity, and nail care descriptions. The scent is pleasantly subtle, unlike many nail products. I love the nail polish line and prefer it over gel for practicality. My nails stay intact for over a week, which was my main reason for switching, to avoid breakage and chipping, thanks to my carelessness. The only downside is that, despite multiple purchases, I'm still at the "Le Mini" level in their loyalty rewards program.
Overall, the company is nice and the product that they sell is exactly how I expected it to be. Their only point of improvement is the fact that some of the polishes don't close well after the first use. This results in them leaking, and with uncured gel you do not want to get it on your skin. So I am not able to take them on the go with me. If this issue could be fixed, it would be an awesome product.
