Terrible experience with ordering with Mary Kay for the 2nd time. I really like their mascara so I decided to give it another shot, but unfortunately I am going through a negative experience again. I paid for premium shipping to get the mascara on time as I am in a time crunch, and after reaching out to my consultant to get an update (I didn't get any shipping update and we are hitting the premium shipping timeline limit), I didn't hear back. The first time I ordered I had the same experience : my order wasn't shipped and no one would response. I contacted the customer service and they were rude and very dismissive, and I mentioned I would want the premium shipping to be reimburse since it wouldn't arrive on time and they ignored the question. I will never shop there again, absolutely terrible customer service in all levels.
