Locked out of my own funds – unacceptable service I am incredibly frustrated with the handling of my account. For weeks, I have been unable to access my bank account with no effective support or resolution. I keep receiving excuses regarding OTP issues and repeated KYC requirements, yet no one takes responsibility to actually resolve the issue. Each time I reach out to support, I am transferred to a different representative, forced to re-explain my situation from scratch, with no continuity or accountability. Living overseas, I have spent a considerable amount on international calls just to access my own funds. Promised callbacks never materialize, cases go unaddressed, and escalations lead to dead ends. This is now the second time my account has been frozen, indicating a systemic problem rather than an isolated incident. The lack of professionalism and urgency is shocking, especially given the real-life consequences — unpaid bills, disrupted finances, and unnecessary stress caused solely by the bank's inaction. Customers should never have to plead for access to their own money. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to think twice if they value reliability, accountability, and basic banking access.
