I ordered a coat for my husband’s birthday it was to small so I contacted them, I was very pleased when they said they will send me a code to get another at no cost and I won’t have to send the original back! I did what they said and the code did not work. So I spent another £109 which I would not have done I originally asked them for a return label so I could send back and exchange So basically they conned me into buying another coat! I’ve emailed them since no reply BE CAREFUL IF UOU BUY FROM HERE!!
