I saw the reviews about the service but chose to ignore them, thinking they were old; I regret that choice. I still haven't received a refund for an out-of-stock item that was never delivered. It's been over two months, and despite multiple emails, I keep getting the same response: 'I'm sorry, I've forwarded this to our finance team who are diligently working on your refund.' This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service.
Truly disappointing experience. I usually don't leave negative feedback, but I felt compelled to warn others. I ordered knee boots for over £40 on November 3rd, and they only arrived on November 29th. When I inquired about their status via email, I received no response. The customer service is non-existent. When they finally arrived, the material was very cheap and not worth the price, and returns are not accepted. The product shipped from overseas, but this was not mentioned anywhere, making it seem like a local store.
STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. Complete scam. The item I ordered took weeks to arrive and was nothing like what was advertised. They insisted I pay for return shipping. Now, five months later, after following their return instructions and repeatedly following up, I am still waiting for my refund.
Terrible experience. I ordered two jackets for winter as gifts, but they were lightweight, poorly made, and not as described. When I requested a return, I was asked to send photos and was met with vague responses about refunds. They offered a 15% refund and a 50% credit towards future purchases if I kept the items. I was told that if I wanted a full refund, the returns process might take longer due to their overseas logistics. Buyer beware!
The product took a long time to arrive. It looked nothing like the pictures. The fabric had issues, and the sizing was incorrect (especially for European customers). Customer service was nearly rude (though I admit I wasn't very friendly either). Their return policy is inflexible, allowing only a 25% refund, and if you send it back, there's a good chance they won't receive it within the 30-day return period, as they are based overseas, and this is not disclosed on their website. I hope their business fails.
