Ordered a sweater in the UK during the cold snap. The item took weeks to arrive from China and had loose threads in places and overall did not feel like luxury. I messaged them - it took a week to reply with request for photos which I sent. Then they replied saying sorry the size was wrong? Another round of messages and then they apologised for the colour??...and in the meantime while I was insisting they collect and refund, they tried to get me to leave a positive review before refunding. I have decided to dispose of the inferior jumper and leave this review for anyone considering shopping. Also, I will be handing the matter over to the credit card company and trading standards.
