Yunior made the experience outstanding! We used the "out of staters" program for additional discount, coming in from Indianapolis. Yunior picked us up at the airport, spend very focused time with us and delivered us to our hotel for a continued short vacation. Yunior is truly a remarkable person. Extremely personable and hospitable. He definitely went the extra mile. We were able to take as much time as we wanted sampling the many chairs he has on the floor. This was a huge benefit.The white glove delivery guys got confused with a misleading instruction and diagram in the assembly booklet. I texted Yunior and he FaceTimed us and with the camera gave us the correct instructions that were not presented in the original manual. This was a huge service from him after the sale. We would have been dead in the water without him.Highly recommend Massage Chair Heaven!!
I was skeptical to buy an item that I had not tried before. I had been in a couple of massage chairs before, but I read about many chairs before my purchase of the Osaki OP-Kairos 4D LT. It is a great chair. Great personal customer service from massage chair heaven too. However, I am in my late 60s, and I opted for white glove delivery and setup. That part did not go so well. Two men came with a single dolly. The three stairs into my house ended up dumping and rolling my chair into the yard. No apologies given. Of the two men, only one spoke English and the other one, not so good at English either. They needed the instructions as I would have too. I provided them a flashlight, but the chair had its own screwdriver tool. Some smaller trash was also left behind. My chair did not come with a back pad for easier roller comfort, but massagechairheaven, shipped one out to me when I inquired. FOC too. Great helpers. The chair comes with instruction manual, but it leaves questions in certain areas. Voice interface is nice, but the Bluetooth speakers could be a bit better. Overall. my chair and I are great buddies! A week later, i bought a similar model for a friend who needs the health benefits more than I.
Yunior and his wife are amazing. They are truly available 24/7 and are both incredibly knowledgeable about everything related to massage chairs. The showroom in Miami Lakes is great! Yunior spent several hours with my wife and I, showing us the various top-of-the-line massage chairs, giving us plenty of time to demo many of the chairs. The particular massage chair we purchased has been far beyond anything we could have expected. It's Heaven!
They offer excellent ideas for specific models. Once decided they are “faster than a speeding bullet” as the old saying goes. My Tokyo born wife needed one to fit her size and we got one that fits her and me. I wanted one made in Japan because we have had very good luck with Japanese massage chairs over many years. The 5 year warranty is assuring. This was a substantial purchase but we think it is a good value over a long time.
