Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Card was charged against your own written policies when chair was not in stock, never once received communication of delays until I called/emailed. Even after accepting a scratch and dent model it was shipped 5 days later and arrived weeks after it should have, truly an awful experience and will never order or recommend massage chair heaven.
