Scandal. All parts of the service from scheduling, technician extremely unprofessional trying to rip you off and push for other cleaning not even try to do the scheduled work and asking for fraud like payment process (invoice from a fraud company goes to spam email) and tips even before starting. As a matter of fact, its scarry to allow the guy inside your house.

If I could rate 0 starts I would. Do not use this company , they outsouce to other companies in your area and are a complete scam. I scheduled a Gas Log Fireplace cleaning . The guy who came out didnt know how to clean it he was on the phone with someone walking him through everything . Said there was an issue with the switch , but the pilot was off. Then quoted me $350 to fix a switch that didnt need to be fixed . And then said you cant clean a gas fireplace when ive had it cleaned before. Do not waste your time or money on this company

We even took time off work for this appointment. More frustratingly, they had our address but failed to check if it was within their coverage. A coworker recommended them, and they live just 8 minutes away. There's no clear mention of service areas, only claims of servicing the region. Deceptive and untrustworthy. I'm relieved we found this out early instead of wasting an entire day.

The technician made the situation worse. When I spoke with the supervisor, they refused to uphold their promise to fix the issue. Please steer clear of this company; the supervisor does not listen to customers.

This indicates deceptive business practices. Despite several attempts to reach out, the supervisor has ignored my complaints and requests for a detailed invoice or a refund.
