I have a gift card that was provided to my children from their grandparents and it does not work. Ive tried activating it online, via phone, and i continue to get errors and I am entering them the right way. I attempted to contact customer service twice, they confirmed a $100 is on the card,but offered no resolution for fixing the error. They continued to say activate it via phone and ive been doing that for the past 2 days. Now they blocked my #. They need to be shut down for unprofessionalism and for not sending me the money some other way or even offering to mail me a new card. Their website continues to give me system errors as well and they offered no resolution.
