Zero stars!!!! Our company purchased gift cards for employees for an out of town trip. Much to our surprise some of our cards were put on hold for security reasons! Their only solution was to send a new card…which will take 3-5 business days. Definitely will not help us this trip because we have to come out of pocket for our expenses now. Customer service was no help at all. They should at least be able to do an e-gift card or refund it back to the card purchased. Ridiculous hoops to jump through for a gift card. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
