Avoid this kitchen at all costs! Following the company's response to my previous feedback, if their reply is genuine, where are my fourth replacement finger grips? The end panels have been replaced twice due to ongoing quality issues they are aware of! Why does the company blame the customer? This pattern of behavior is evident! Their representative was quick to blame the fitter, though we acknowledged some fitting issues. Regardless, the quality of our kitchen is not what one should expect! Thankfully, I have all the evidence to support my complaint, especially after the representative inspected our kitchen. They have a responsibility to customers, yet they try to shift blame. One unhappy customer can tell many! I did not accept their representative’s findings, nor have they addressed my concerns. Their email stated, 'Do not contact us again.' I have proof of all this! After a flooding incident, we trusted this company for a replacement kitchen, but both they and the service provider have failed to resolve our issues. We are still waiting for replacements while they source new suppliers. I was told they would replace items for free due to quality issues, but we are still waiting for confirmations. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience; I urge others to avoid both companies who simply blame each other while ignoring customer concerns!
