After choosing Masterclass when replacing our kitchen a year ago, we didn't need to consider another brand when it came to revamping our Utility. We're really please with the result - despite opting for a cheaper range, we have the same high quality, spacious, practical cabinets which look lovely. Particularly love the bifold doors giving easy access beneath the worktop and not having a centre post in the cupboards. So pleased with our new Utility / Craft Room which was once again designed & installed expertly by the wonderful team at RLA Interior Design in Norwich who we can't recommend highly enough.
We have been waiting a year for finger grips to be replaced after the company acknowledged the poor quality! I reached out to the service provider immediately when the faults were evident. A representative inspected our kitchen, which cost us, and told us that the company knew the grip handles were unfit for purpose yet continued to supply them! The same applies to the end panels on our island, which are also deteriorating. We are still waiting for replacements and have only received empty promises from both suppliers. This has been the worst experience I've encountered. Before making a decision, read the numerous negative reviews; we can't all be mistaken! The quality is subpar for exorbitant prices! Emails go unanswered, which is very concerning! If you want a kitchen that lasts, avoid this company and the service provider as well. After trusting these companies, we are now considering legal action. It's been incredibly stressful having to leave our home for a year, and now this situation adds to our burden!
I am in love with my kitchen; it's stunning! I enjoy walking in there every morning. It feels solid and well-constructed, and it looks far more expensive than it actually was. I would recommend this kitchen to anyone seeking a beautiful, custom-looking option.
We chose this service for the superior quality of the furniture, having received several recommendations. We are extremely happy with our kitchen. The painted Shaker style cabinetry is excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this brand to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
Avoid this kitchen at all costs! Following the company's response to my previous feedback, if their reply is genuine, where are my fourth replacement finger grips? The end panels have been replaced twice due to ongoing quality issues they are aware of! Why does the company blame the customer? This pattern of behavior is evident! Their representative was quick to blame the fitter, though we acknowledged some fitting issues. Regardless, the quality of our kitchen is not what one should expect! Thankfully, I have all the evidence to support my complaint, especially after the representative inspected our kitchen. They have a responsibility to customers, yet they try to shift blame. One unhappy customer can tell many! I did not accept their representative’s findings, nor have they addressed my concerns. Their email stated, 'Do not contact us again.' I have proof of all this! After a flooding incident, we trusted this company for a replacement kitchen, but both they and the service provider have failed to resolve our issues. We are still waiting for replacements while they source new suppliers. I was told they would replace items for free due to quality issues, but we are still waiting for confirmations. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience; I urge others to avoid both companies who simply blame each other while ignoring customer concerns!
Making decisions can be tough alone, but the designer really eased my mind, and the kitchen exceeded my expectations. I'm thrilled with my new kitchen; the corner pantry is the best purchase I've ever made, and the drawers are of outstanding quality, making things so much easier!
The white gloss kitchen doors look lovely, but the one for the integrated washing machine split and was replaced, only to split again within 10 months. I contacted the appliance manufacturer, who confirmed there are no issues with the washing machine. I was informed I would have to pay for a new door again. I believe they are not fit for purpose and plan to escalate this further. Now, the door next to the washing machine has started to split as well. This is shocking for such a short duration.
We had our kitchen installed about three years ago and absolutely love it. The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional, and we receive compliments from everyone who visits. I would highly recommend this kitchen to anyone considering a new installation. Recently, I reached out for support, and they were incredibly accommodating. Well done!
