We have been waiting a year for finger grips to be replaced after the company acknowledged the poor quality! I reached out to the service provider immediately when the faults were evident. A representative inspected our kitchen, which cost us, and told us that the company knew the grip handles were unfit for purpose yet continued to supply them! The same applies to the end panels on our island, which are also deteriorating. We are still waiting for replacements and have only received empty promises from both suppliers. This has been the worst experience I've encountered. Before making a decision, read the numerous negative reviews; we can't all be mistaken! The quality is subpar for exorbitant prices! Emails go unanswered, which is very concerning! If you want a kitchen that lasts, avoid this company and the service provider as well. After trusting these companies, we are now considering legal action. It's been incredibly stressful having to leave our home for a year, and now this situation adds to our burden!
