I’d been looking for a Mini John Cooper Works in rebel green with loads of extras and saw one advertised on Masterdriver via Autotrader. I spoke to John who was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgable. I live in Aberdeen and Aylesbury is a 550 mile drive. John told me everything I needed to know about the car and I agreed to drive down to view the car with the potential to purchase. I paid a £500 refundable deposit and John reserved the car for me. I made the long journey down last Friday and John had everything organised for my visit. I was not disappointed. The car was immaculate and just as described by John, I bought the car with no hesitation. John was friendly, professional, knowledgable, flexible and accommodating. He followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how I got on travelling back to Aberdeen, if I had received the warranty and how I was getting on with my new mini. John went the extra mile for me and it was much appreciated. Great customer service and I would highly recommend. John is a pleasure to deal with. Thanks very much John 😊
